Axiom's Journey Rack is made of light, rugged aluminum. It is specially designed to handle even the largest and heaviest panniers (sold separately) with additional looped struts that prevent the bags from swinging into the wheel. Dummy Rails support Dummy Bags on your Big Dummy cargo bike, and Surly's Dummy Deck bolts directly to them, stiffening the whole system for a more stable load. Dummy Rails are made of light, strong aluminum and were designed in conjunction with the Dummy Deck and Dummy Bags; each component works best when used with the others.
